Order Processing Time:
PLEASE NOTE: All in-stock orders are processed and usually ship within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) of payment receipt. However, all our handmade items may have up to a 5 business day processing time which is stated within the items description. Although in most cases they are shipped within 2-3 business days of payment.
Transit Time:
All packages shipped within the US are available for Standard, Priority, and Express delivery. International orders are only available in standard shipping.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE
We offer no hassle returns/exchange. Purchases or gifts may be returned within 14 days of the day you received the order (unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging) for a complete refund (excluding shipping charges.) Refund will be issued only after we have received items and they have been found to be in original condition. Please email us for a Return inquiry before sending items back, so that we know to expect it. Customer is responsible for return shipping, if item is replaced Babies Rawk will cover replacement item shipping fee back to customer.
